Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Due to the influx of orders during new product releases, orders may take 5-7 days to ship. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.


Q: Why was I charged more than once for an order?

A: If you use a credit card to place an order and it is declined for any reason (including but not limited to invalid CVV, expiration date, billing address, etc), you may see a pending charge on your account. If this happens, the pending charge will clear from your bank statement within 1-5 days. 


Q: Do you ship Internationally (outside of USA)?

A: Yes we do ship internationally to most countries.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you have a defective item, please email a photo of the item along with your order number to support@d1customs.com.


Q: I entered the wrong shipping info, how do I fix it?

A: Send us an email to support@d1customs.com with the correct address and order number right away and we will do our best to get your order updated prior to it shipping out.


Q: I am an international customer (outside USA) Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

A: Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and or charges which is only included in an order when shipped via UPS Worldwide Economy. Customs duties and taxes are not included when shipped via any other method and will not be covered by D1 Customs LLC.


We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS/UPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
